Cosmoderm Hydra Drop high-score contest

1. Organiser

The contest is run by Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd (200101017933 (553690-W)), owner of the Cosmoderm brand (“we”, “us”), 2, Jalan Tandang 51/205A, Seksyen 51, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

2. Contest period

The contest runs from the start date shown on the game page to the closing date shown on the game page (Malaysia time). Only scores made during this period count. You can play outside the period, but those scores do not count.

3. Who can take part

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above with a Malaysian mobile number.
• Employees of Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd and its agencies, and their immediate families, may play but cannot win prizes.
• Taking part is free. No purchase is needed.

4. How to take part

• Play Cosmoderm Hydra Drop on the official game page and enter your name and mobile number before you play.
• One entry per mobile number. You may play as many times as you like; your highest score counts.
• Your name appears on the public leaderboard. Please use your real name or a name you are happy to show; we may remove or change rude names.
• Using more than one mobile number, someone else’s number, or a number that is not yours will disqualify you.

5. Fair play

• This is a game of skill. The highest scores win.
• Every game is recorded (the taps you make and when). Before prizes are given, we re-play the top scores with the game’s own rules to check they are genuine.
• Scores made with cheats, bots, scripts, changed game files or any other unfair method will be removed, and the player disqualified.
• Our decision on whether a score is genuine is final.

6. Winners

• When the contest closes, the players with the highest checked scores win, in order. If two scores are equal, the one reached first ranks higher.
• We will contact winners by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp on the number they registered, within 30 days after the contest closes.
• Winners must acknowledge our message within 3 days and show identification that matches the registered name. Otherwise the prize goes to the next player in line.
• We will never ask you to pay anything to receive a prize.

7. Prizes

• The prizes, and how they are delivered or collected, are announced separately on Cosmoderm’s official channels.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. We may replace a prize with one of similar value if it becomes unavailable.

8. Personal data

We use your name and mobile number to run the contest and contact winners, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Your mobile number is never shown to the public.

9. General

• We may change these terms, or pause or end the contest, if something outside our control affects it (for example technical problems or misuse). Changes will be posted on this page.
• We are not responsible for lost connections, device problems or scores that could not be saved because of them.
• These terms follow the laws of Malaysia.
